A Little Bit of Exploration

Since she had come here with Felix the female had seen many new things, though she was also surprised Felix bought them a home. She was thankful that she had a home, far from her family. Her long black hair was braided and lifted to rest over her shoulder. She was wearing a strapless dress the went to rest half way down her calves, the color was a dark red with white swirls bordering the bottom of her dress. Elliene had a satchel with her cloak in it, she planned on staying at the beach for a long time. Felix had given it to her a long time ago. She was glad he took care of her, without him... she didn't know where she would be.

Walking along the beach her feet were bare, the sand felt strange under her toes. This was the first time she was able to see the beach. She smiled and set the satchel down and looked out to the water, honestly the time was late still. Morning would not come for hours. With a giggle the girl walked closer to the river, touching the water with her feet before running through it. She loved the new freedom. When she was done she scampered back to her bag and picked it up throwing it around her shoulder.

She smiled and pushed her bangs from her face, "I can't believe this is a beach... It's so beautiful." she said walking to the edge of the river and smiled. Twirling on her feet she began to walk in the water, it was nice to walk along the water, she'd go through it but she couldn't swim. Crossing water that moved was not a problem. She just couldn't swim and it scared her.

Sighing she sat down and let her feet rest in the water.

The time was about eleven at night, giving her a long time to be outside.

It was nice to be out here.

Felix had gotten up earlier in the evening. He was finishing up eating when he heard Elliene leave. He got showered and dressed quickly. Following after her to make sure she stayed safe. Just watching from the treeline as she went to the beachy riverside. There was a small lake beach that she was on. He walked over to her. Smiling as she seemed so happy. Throwing the dust up and blew it in front of her. ~You should see the actual ocean beaches. They are even more amazing then a river beach.~ He walked over and sat on the sandy river beach's shores with her. Moving the sand around again. ~We should go to Black Diamond's beach. Or White Pearl Beach. It'll be fun. What about we do that in a couple of nights?~ He took her hand and held it. Smiling at her. ~It is good to see you are liking our new surroundings. Are you hungry tonight Elliene?~

Elliene wiggled her toes as she smiled at the water. It may be just a river with a sandy bank but she was just happy here so far. Rubbing her nose she looked up. Blinking and tilting her head she watched the dust. Turning she smiled at him and watched more as the dust drifted about, "Either would work... for now - can we just linger here for a few? I will go there later with you." her hand wrapped around his and she smiled, "I love it here, I am not hungry right now..." she leaned closer to him and hugged him, "I'll feed later. Can we walk around for a little while Felix?" she looked up at him with a smile. She was glad he was with her, she was always happy to see him.

Felix looked at her. Smiling as he pulled her close by her hand. Merely smiling at her in hopes that this moment would never end. He nodded his head and smiled at her. Throwing more dust up and moved it around. ~We can. Lets linger here than later we'll go enjoy a moonlight walk on the beach or the rising sun across the ocean horizon.~ He said in agreement. Holding her hand securely in his. He hugged her back. Nuzzling her neck lightly. Showing a sign of affection even though he hadn't quite asked the words yet. He wanted the moment to be perfect. Especially since he just realized how damn special she was to him. And to the high extent of it. He nodded his head. ~Alright. Yes. Let's walk around then.~ He said. Standing up with her and gently pulled her to her feet. Holding her hand and merely smiled.

The moment was so precious every time he held her or had her close, she enjoyed it every bit. It was easy to say she felt he was hers special someone even if it was secret. She liked him slot and it only was a few days that she realized how much she cared about him, if he left her she knew she would be filled with sorrow. Elliene stopped thinking it way before her face showed it, she giggled at the nuzzle and poked him softly. The girl stood and wiggled her toes in the sand before reaching up and ruffling his hair, "Come on, let's walk." she giggled and gripped his hand and tugged him with her. She giggled and looked to him, she was glad he was there with her. Ever since that first night they met, she had always enjoyed him being with her, "Felix, next rain storm. Can we dance like we did when we met?" it was a random question but, Elliene wanted to dance with him again. 

Felix frowned as he saw her face showing sign of worry and sorrow. He held her even closer. Squirming and clearly letting out soft silent laughs. He was ticklish where she poked him. Grinning afterwards. Watching her ruffle his hair. He stood up as she tugged him with her. Smiling now that she was giggling and smiling more. He smiled and looked at her. Pulling out a small handful of dust. Throwing it into the air and moving it around.~Yes. I would love to dance with you in another rain storm.~ He said with a big old smile. Nuzzling her absentmindedly.

Ellie didn't want to loose Felix, he took her away from all her pain. Felix made her so happy, he got her a place she could live in freely, and he got her a cloak to wear. Its why she had been sad, just thinking about him leaving her made her sad. Though seeing the words she turned and flung her arms around her friend and hugged him, "It won't be as nice as the time we met but I would still love it." She kissed him on the cheek and then took off running. Her cute laughter tinging after her, "Chase me Felix!" she said and ran off again.

Felix would never leave Elliene. She meant too much to him. He loved her. He didn't know he was the reason she had been happy but also sad. He would never wish for her to dream of bad things. Or even think of them. He hugged her back and smiled and nodded his head. ~No but it'll probably come in a close second. Nothing could beat the moment we met and first danced. That was just magical.~ He admitted. Blushing a bit as she kissed him on the cheek. Laughing silently and shook his head. Taking off running after her. Watching her as his eyes sparkled. He was catching up. He wanted to make this game last as long as possible.

That day she had met Felix made her life brighter, that day it had been beautiful. All of it, she had been alone in that cave till he arrived, soon as he did... her heart lifted and she felt better. Felix made her feel less of a monster, he gave her hope, made her life better. Though he was right, nothing could beat the day they met, nothing. Even though they were here, that cave she found was long gone... Though she had a home now and just with Felix it made it seem like that day. Just them.

Running the girl giggled and continued to run along the sand. Her feet kicking up sand as she sped up a little. She was glad he was chasing after her. Elliene had seen his blush and knew he was probably surprised she did it. Glancing back behind her she smiled at him. It was so much fun, she was glad she had him here with her.
