Once you have read the rules, and you meet all the criteria here is the application you need to fill out and post IN THIS THREAD.
NOTE: If a shop like the one you want is already open then you will be asked to edit your aplication. Once your store is accepted by an Admin your store will be added to the list and you will be able to post.
