Background: His mother is queen of the sea. Ruler of atlantis. His mother was on land one day when she met a vampire by the name of Lucario. His mother was fascinated by the strong male and set about seducing him. Eight months later he was born to his mother. He spends equal time on land as he does in the sea. He wanders the land not much caring about anything. He helps people as he sees them need it. He grew up knowing he had a blood lust that he had to occasionally satisfy. He fights it as best he can but at times must give into it. For now he is just wandering the land exploring it. This is one realm he hadn't spent a large amount of time in.
